Deogarh – Udaipur – Bassi – Bundi
Day 01: Arrive Udaipur [130 Kms 02 to 03 Hrs Drive]
Arrive Udaipur. Assistance on arrival by our company Chauffeur / Company representative & proceed to Deogarh. Deogarh is located at a height of 2100 ft above sea level which makes this place cooler as compare to other cities of Udaipur. The main attraction of Deogarh is Deogarh Mahal – built in the 17 century is now converted into a heritage hotel. The palace stands a top of hill offer a spectacular view of the Aravali mountain range, lakes and countryside. Deogarh is renowned for a school of miniature painting which is still in practice and this art form is very popular in Rajasthan and other parts of India. Day 02: Deogarh to Udaipur Via Kumbhalgarh [160 Kms 03 to 04 Hrs Drive]
After breakfast proceed to Udaipur and enroute visit Kumbalghar Fort. Kumbalghar fort is considered as the second most significant fort after Chittorgarh in the Mewar region. Built during the course of the 15th century by Rana Kumbha and enlarged through the 19th century, Kumbhalgarh is also the birthplace of Maharana Pratap, the great king and warrior of Mewar. Evening free to explore the bustling markets of Udaipur. Overnight stay at Udaipur.
Day 03: Udaipur Sightseeing
After breakfast full day free for sightseeing visiting Jagdish Temple, City Palace Museum, Crystal Art Gallery, Fateh Sagar Lake, Maharana Pratap Memorial, Under The Sun Aquarium – Largest Fish Aquarium in India, Sahelion Ki Bari &
Sajjangarh Palace [Monsoon Palace] & Sajjangarh Biological Park. Evening One can enjoy Boat Ride at Lake Pichola to visit Jag Mandir [at own cost], Sound & Light Show at City Palace [at own cost]. Overnight stay at Udaipur.
Day 04: Udaipur to Chittorgarh ( Bassi ) [150 Kms 02 to 03 Hrs Drive]
After breakfast check out & proceed to Bassi. . Enroute visiting Chittorgarh – Fort, Victory Tower, Maha Sati, Gaumukh Khund, Padmini Palace, Meera Temple, Rana Kumbha Palace, Kalika Mata Temple. Evening drive to Bassi village for a rural Rajasthan and stay. On arrival check in to your pre booked hotel. Overnight stay at Bassi.
Day 05: Bassi Sightseeing
A tiny village Bassi is a famous for its sculptures and woodcraft. Tourists have the option to stay at the magnificent 16th century Bassi Fort which is the main highlight of this village. Today converted into a luxury hotel it gives the travelers a glimpse of its glorious past. x
